Job summary

A-Action Vending is seeking a Plane Train Cleaner Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the airport plane train cleaning team. You will supervise staff, assign duties, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high cleanliness standards across train cars, stations, platforms and employee areas.

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous custodial, janitorial, or airport cleaning experience required.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance.

  • Ensure compliance with airport security requirements and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; request replacements as needed.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning situations and customer service requests.
  • Complete shift reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Address employee performance issues and provide coaching and support.
  • Communicate with airport management and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
