Job summary

The Port of Seattle is seeking a Striper/Painter to perform striping and painting maintenance at SEA Airport facilities. You will stripe runways, taxiways, parking areas, and roadways, and apply coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.

Expect surface prep via scraping and sanding and completion of required LMS training. Minimum five years of journey-level experience, a valid Washington CDL with Class B endorsement, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of journey-level painting/striping experience.
• Washington CDL with Class B endorsement required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level striping/painting duties as assigned.
• Prepare and stripe roads, runways, taxiways, parking lots, and roadways.
• Apply paint and protective coatings to interiors and exteriors of buildings and equipment.
• Scrape, sand, and prepare all surfaces for painting.
• Complete required training through Learning Management System.
