Job summary

ABM is seeking a Supervisor in South San Francisco to oversee projects, supervise day-to-day team operations, and ensure performance goals are met at a designated site. The role includes leading shift briefings, monitoring attendance and performance, coaching staff, and aiding in onboarding and training.

The position requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience supervising employees.
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency.
Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record to operate company vehicles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support Wheelchair Attendants and Baggage Handler Agents during assigned shifts.
Lead daily shift briefings and communicate operational updates, safety procedures, and service expectations.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall performance.
Coach, train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
Address employee concerns and elevate disciplinary matters as necessary.
Promote a positive work environment focused on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
