Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a skilled Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) Technician to maintain and repair boarding bridges used in airport operations. The role requires experience with high and low voltage electrical systems, with HVAC experience a plus.

You will ensure safe, reliable operation to support smooth passenger flow. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, servicing HVAC, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Must have high-voltage and low-voltage electrical experience.
• HVAC experience is a plus and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in demanding environments.
• Airport or industrial maintenance background preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; valid ID and SSN.
• Must obtain an airport security badge and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on passenger boarding bridges.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on boarding bridges.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues affecting bridge movement and alignment.
• Service HVAC systems within boarding bridges when needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation; respond to service requests.
• Coordinate with airport operations and other teams for reliability.
• Adhere to safety standards and operational procedures.
