Job summary

SkyWest Airlines seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead a team of station personnel in Saint George, UT. You will coach agents, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure a safe, efficient, on-time operation while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll be responsible for enforcing SkyWest standards, directing briefings, and promoting teamwork. A high school diploma and US work eligibility are required; 18+ and ability to lift 50 lbs are expected.

Primary Job Duties

As a SkyWest Supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote our guiding principles.

• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for our employees

• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel

• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attend company training classes as needed

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong people and employee-relationship skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Work under pressure
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Possess required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures
• Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems
• Promote a safety culture in the station
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a full-time position
• $14.50 per hour, plus override
