Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Performance Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective airport operations. The Duty Manager will oversee and coordinate team activities to deliver reliable service at the station.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching and mentoring, assisting with recruiting and payroll, and monitoring performance and safety. This full-time role requires hours flexibility, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Two years of relevant aviation/ground handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including disciplinary action as needed.
• Assists in recruiting, payroll, scheduling, and general admin duties.
• Monitors staffing, overtime, and performance at the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building and adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
