Avis Budget Group is seeking an Airport Manager in Minneapolis, MN to oversee all airport operations, staffing, service quality, and profitability at the rental location.

You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, coordinate shuttle operations, respond to customer issues, and implement HR policies to drive exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Strong leadership, P&L awareness, and the ability to translate business needs into practical plans are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; 1+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience in car/truck rental, HR, training, customer service and operations.
• Working knowledge of P&L and ability to review reports to guide actions.
• Strong decision making and independent judgment to plan within guidelines.
• Excellent management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport location activities including rental counter operations and vehicle preparation.
• Plan staffing schedules based on demand and supervise exempt and nonexempt staff.
• Coordinate shuttle operations between rental counters, cars, and terminals.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide statistical information related to transactions and revenue.
• Assist management with annual budgeting and HR policy implementation.
• Monitor fuel charges and ensure smooth daily operations.
