The City of New Braunfels Airport team seeks a motivated individual to assist in daily operations and customer service. Responsibilities include line service for aircraft, refueling, parking, and customer communications, while ensuring safety standards are met.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Texas Driver’s License; prior airport experience preferred. Duties include data entry, facility inspections, and routine maintenance during all weather conditions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of airport/fixed-base operations experience, including aircraft refueling and towing.
• Knowledge of FAA/OSHA safety requirements and airport procedures.
• Ability to communicate with the public and hangar tenants professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer service to the general public, hangar tenants, and visitors.
• Perform line service duties for incoming aircraft (parking, refueling, windshield cleaning, oil checks).
• Withdraw and return aircraft to hangars; secure for overnight tie-down as needed.
• Handle cashiering and clerical tasks per procedures, including data entry and file maintenance.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair airport facilities and ground support equipment per FAA/OSHA/TXDOT rules.
• Operate airport vehicles and equipment safely and report issues.
• Complete daily logs and reports; respond to emergencies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
