Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, LLC (AATC) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Frontline AATC Team in the CPTC. You will drive safe, efficient terminal operations, focusing on janitorial and custodial service contracts while maintaining financial discipline and staffing accountability.

The role requires 5+ years in operations management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass ATL badge background check with a 10-year fingerprint record.
• Driver’s license required with clean driving record for insurance purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience in lieu of a college degree.
• 5 years of Operations management experience including mentoring and staff development.
• Experience overseeing janitorial and custodial operations preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint; Infor EAM is a plus.
• Available 24/7 for planned or emergency coverage; on‑site presence may be required.
• Evening hours and weekend shifts may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracted janitorial and custodial service providers, ensuring contract compliance, cleanliness standards, staffing expectations, and performance.
• Lead and manage the frontline team through effective communication, empowerment, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Improve operational efficiencies and performance through analytics, processes, accountability, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure clear ownership for monitoring and resolving CPTC concerns; provide updates to the team.
• Identify, plan, and implement initiatives to improve the Operations organization.
• Represent AATC at meetings, airport functions, and industry events as required.
• Assist with budget planning and manage the Operations budget.
• Ensure proper coverage for the Operational Groups at all times.
