Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, LLC (AATC) is seeking a Customer Coordinator to monitor conditions and usage of the Central Passenger Terminal Complex in Atlanta, Georgia.

The ideal candidate has a background in general maintenance or custodial services, with a preference for an associate degree. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing custodial services, and maintaining effective communication with various teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general maintenance and/or custodial services.

Review performance of custodial partners and ensure contract specifications.
Respond to internal/external customer requests through coordination.
Provide written and verbal reports about service level performance.
