Job summary

You will lead a diverse team of department heads, liaise with airline partners and regulators, manage budgets and financial reporting, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of airport/aviation management experience with leadership roles.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety, and security protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects including ground handling, customer service, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead department heads and supervisors.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and objectives.
• Liaise with airlines and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Drive business growth through partnerships and new service offerings.
