The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and effective communication with partners, staff, and authorities. Flexibility for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 5 years transportation/aviation operations experience.
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day airport operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and safe procedures.
• Coordinate with security, customer service, and maintenance for seamless operations.
• Respond to and manage operational emergencies and unusual situations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Monitor passenger flow and terminal activities, adjusting for optimal service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise, guide, and support operational staff, providing leadership and direction.
• Communicate effectively with airline representatives, ground handlers, and airport authorities.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
