• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety, and compliance.
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting systems.
• Able to analyze data, identify trends, and improve processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing schedules and budgets and tracking performance metrics.
