Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled student with a current class schedule.
• Juniors or seniors preferred for internship.
• Able to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to pass medical screening and background checks for airport ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage passenger queues at TSA/CBP checkpoints and check-in areas.
• Coordinate with airline customers and government agencies.
• Respond to incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Provide customer service and promote a safe environment.
• Supervise and coordinate with outsourced staff daily.
• Maintain records and conduct on-the-job training as needed.
