Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Kentucky seeks a Duty Manager to help run daily airport operations safely and efficiently. You will supervise teams, coordinate staffing, payroll, and administrative tasks to support a reliable, cost-effective operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to airport operations.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including disciplinary actions as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative tasks, payroll, scheduling, and general duties.
• Monitors staffing, overtime, and financial performance of the station.
• Promotes team-building to motivate members.
