Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective airport operations. The role oversees team activities, coaching, and disciplinary actions while supporting recruitment, scheduling, and performance monitoring at the assigned station.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain required airport credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards.
