Job summary

gategroup is seeking motivated personnel to provide primary administrative support for our major client’s operations in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will analyze flight-related data, assign drivers to gates and flights, and ensure service quality per customer specs.

The role includes monitoring schedules, resolving issues, and logging customer feedback. Responsibilities rotate between day shifts and vacation relief, and require the ability to multitask in a hectic environment while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general work experience in an office or warehouse.
• 1 year of experience directing the work of others.
• 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• HS diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from custom computer screens and prepare driver run sheets for each flight.
• Assign drivers to gates and flights.
• Serve as quality assurance specialist to ensure contents meet customer specifications.
• Monitor driver’s kitchen departure time and track changes in flights.
• Back up supervisor on ramp, relay changes and resolve customer problems.
• Ensure run sheets are completed accurately with correct times and service levels.
• Log and address customer calls, concerns, and complaints with recommendations.
