Job summary

American Airlines is looking for a Tower/Gate operations professional in Phoenix (PHX). You will work at Sky Harbor and support gate coordination, ramp control and radio communication with flight crews to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.

The role requires strong coordination across multiple teams, adherence to procedures, and the ability to respond quickly to changing conditions while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via radio with pilots to assess needs and respond appropriately.
• Answer crew member operational questions and respond to flight service requests.
• Coordinate with TCSM, gate manager and partners to mitigate issues and maintain on-time departures.
