Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. is seeking an Airport Manager in Bartow, FL to lead the comprehensive administration, operation, and maintenance of a client-owned airport.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and requires coordinating with FAA, state regulators, and stakeholders. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, establish operational procedures, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant airport operations experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and possess solid knowledge of project management duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, operation, maintenance, and management of a client-owned airport.
• Serve as primary liaison for client, tenants, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate access requests, tenant move-in logistics, and maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine airfield inspections and supervise response to corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, or plans for client review and implement approved actions.
