Southwest Airlines is seeking an Operations Agent at the gate to help flights take off safely and on time. You will assist customers with boarding, verify flight details, and collaborate with airport teams to keep operations smooth. This role offers part-time hours, training, and opportunities to learn and grow within a major airline.

New hires complete 4–6 weeks of training; after training, shifts, possibly including overtime, will be based on seniority. U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all local airport requirements.
• Preferred: Two years of airline/military related work experience in ramp/operations/provisioning functions.

• Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all customers and coworkers.
• Coordinates loading and unloading of aircraft and monitors ramp activities to ensure on-time departures.
• Supports boarding, weight and balance tasks, and communicates with Dispatch and Gate Agents as needed.
