Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a dependable Utilities/Janitorial Associate at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. You will perform routine cleaning, upkeep, and utility duties across parking and common areas to keep facilities clean, safe and welcoming for guests and staff.

You will maintain HVAC systems, inspect lighting, check generators, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in snow removal and outdoor lighting. Must lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass required background checks and airport security clearance processes

Responsibilities

• Maintaining HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Electrical inspections and light replacement
• Checking generators and power systems
• Preventive maintenance on equipment 800, 7400 (2) walk behinds, snow blowers
• Repairing walls, ceilings, fencing and floors
• Fixing doors, locks, and windows
• Painting and patching damaged areas
• Repairing walls, ceilings, and floors

• Painting and patching damaged areas
• Maintaining parking lots and garagesPot holes
