Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum six (6) months of experience in similar maintenance functions.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; ability to read and understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair structures using carpenters' hand or power tools.
• Inspect and repair roofing, tiles, floors, and wall coverings.
• Study blueprints to plan layout and material needs.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas; follow safety requirements.
