Job summary

ERMC Aviation LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at Dallas Love Field Airport. The role includes developing innovative maintenance solutions, managing outside contractors, and ensuring emergencies are handled promptly and safely.

Responsibilities also cover implementing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with operations leadership, and leading safety training and professional development for maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in airport BHS and/or PBB Maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Experience in airport operations or infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies.
• Handle multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily activities, manage to and meet deadlines, and develop & track plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
• Work with Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs. Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations leadership.
• Facilitate technical and safety training, as well as help to develop the professional development of maintenance associates.
