Job summary

Paine Field Airport is hiring a full-time Airport Maintenance Technician III to perform semi-skilled and skilled building and grounds maintenance, including electrical and plumbing repairs, mechanical maintenance, and operation of maintenance equipment. Must have WA driver’s license; CDL strongly desired.

Work indoors and outdoors in all weather. Paine Field offers competitive wages and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience performing a variety of skilled building and grounds maintenance or building construction work.
• Experience in airport facility maintenance and landscaping management or master gardener experience is preferred.
• Must pass job related tests.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of minor building repairs and carpentry tasks.
• Hangs and repairs drywall, patches, and paints surfaces.
• Operates a variety of construction equipment and assists with multi-day projects.
