Job summary

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in Panama City, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Worker III to maintain the Terminal Building and out buildings under general supervision. Qualifications

• Five or more years of general trade work experience in building trades.
• Licenses in plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC are desirable.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for airport buildings and facilities.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Terminal Building and out buildings to meet the needs of the airport, its tenants and the traveling public.
• Coordinates and schedules with tenants to minimize impact on operations.
• Recommends purchases to department management based on established policy and procedure.
• Works independently or with the maintenance team on basic to complex projects as assigned by department managers.
