METRO NASHVILLE AIRPORT AUTHORITY is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Coordinator for 2nd shift in Nashville, TN. The role oversees contract performance, CMMS data, and liaison work between internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely, compliant maintenance execution.

The position emphasizes KPI-driven contract management, coordination with airlines and tenants, and robust scheduling and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; 2-4 years contract management experience preferred.
• Less than 2 years in contract management for maintenance service contracts required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge)

Responsibilities

• Oversee major maintenance service contracts and measure performance via KPIs.
• Coordinate with contractors and review their work against standards.
• Maintain records per contract and ensure documentation.
• Develop CMMS reports and analyze data to improve performance.
• Manage monthly budgets, statistics, and invoicing approvals.
• Assist with meetings and act as backup to Managers, Contracts.
