Job summary

Quantem Aviation Services is hiring a Material Handler to assist with shipping and handling of mail, packages and freight for air transportation. This is a PART-TIME role with PM shifts (6pm - 10pm, 6 days per week; hours subject to change).

Candidate will handle loading/unloading, documentation, and ensure accurate weight/dimensions. Must be 18+, possess basic computer skills, and read/write in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload postal bulk mail carts and containers.
• Build up and break down of freight as applicable.
• Safely loads and unloads mail and freight.
• Organizes mail within the warehouse per base storage plan.
• Verifies delivery pieces, weight, dimensions and airworthiness upon receipt and shipment.
