Sodexo at AIRPORT DIMENSIONS-SAPPHIRE LOUNGE BY THE CLUB is seeking an Airport Lounge Cook to prepare a range of hot and cold items for all meal periods and events, maintaining Sodexo’s culinary standards for quality and presentation.

In a fast-paced kitchen, you will ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency while upholding a clean workstation and delivering high‑quality dishes. This is a full-time role with open-shift availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to current standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for soups, meats, vegetables, and other items.
• Estimate food requirements and check production and records to plan production.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and safety practices in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist with proper portions, temperature checks, and food presentation.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
