The role requires greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring high quality presentations across shifts that include mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical mobility and possible certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) per location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Accurately take and relay orders; confirm orders with guests and process in sequence.
• Check items for quality and presentation; ensure attractiveness and consistency.
• Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns professionally.
• Significant walking or mobility; long shifts may exceed 8 hours.
• Lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and frequent reaching.
• Ability to taste and smell; perform repetitive motions.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and as needed; other duties may be assigned.
