Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Wait Staff at the Delta Sky Club (LGA). You will deliver attentive, efficient service, taking orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced lounge setting.

Full-time, pay starts at $21.85 per hour with opportunities for growth and benefits. Candidates should be flexible with shifts and physical duties as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations.
• TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and suggest specials.
• Take and relay orders accurately, confirm with guests.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine.
• Ensure quality and attractive presentation of dishes.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Move safely and stand for extended shifts.
