Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require a TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification.
• Compliance with state alcohol training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about allergens.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders, and ensure correct sequence.
• Check items for quality and presentation, ensuring attractive, appetizing service.
• Address guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and handle lifting as needed.
