Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Airport Lounge Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and craft drinks at the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by the Club in Philadelphia. The role requires 0–1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to mix drinks efficiently while working with hosts and other staff.

The position is full-time and on-site, with a range of benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
0–1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to mix a wide range of beverages and mix drinks correctly.
Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local/state laws.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol, and create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
Ensure bar area is fully stocked with tools and products to mix drinks and serve guests.
Prepare accurate opening counts and issue inventory or purchase orders as needed to replenish supplies.
Bartenders should be cordial, diplomatic and attentive with guests.
A significant amount of walking or roaming.
Ability to walk or stand for long periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
Able to perform repetitive movements.
Attends work and reports to scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity.
Other tasks may be assigned and may vary by account depending on business needs and client requirements.
