Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food items to Sodexo standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions for all menu items.
• Estimate production needs and requisition supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Support kitchen teamwork and food safety throughout the shift.
