Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Buffet Runner / Food Service Worker for the Delta Sky Club at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. This role supports the flow, presentation, and quality of our food and beverage offerings while creating a clean, welcoming space for travelers.

Open availability is required, shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must pass TSA background check and drug screening, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 35 lbs while delivering

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Experience in airport lounges or upscale dining is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and a team-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with presentation focus.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down buffet stations with strong presentation.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Serve and restock items from counters and steam tables.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and service areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation and storage.
• Support beverage service and coffee/tea setup.
• Engage with guests professionally and fulfill requests.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
