CAVU Experiences (AMER) LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Escape Lounge at Bradley Airport (BDL), Hartford, CT. This full-time role oversees front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will lead operational excellence, manage P&L, coach staff, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with airport operations.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or catering.
Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to deliver guest experiences.
Strong business acumen including inventory management and cost control.
Knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and responsible alcohol service.
Experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
Comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced environment.
