Tailwind Concessions is hiring a Line Cook in Allentown, PA, to join our airport dining team. You will prepare and plate recipes, maintain food safety, and work quickly in a high-volume environment to deliver consistent quality for travelers.

• Ability to follow recipes and restaurant standards.
• Proficient knife skills: chopping, slicing, dicing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain food safety knowledge and proper temperatures for storage/prep.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform short order cooking in a high-volume setting.
• Operate fryer and flat top grill with precision.
• Keep kitchen workspace clean and organized during shifts.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and restock as needed.
• Interact with guests in a positive, professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
