Job summary

HMSHost is hiring a Cook at Little Rock Airport. You will prepare cooked foods and operate Fry, Flat Top Griddle and Pantry stations, ensuring high quality service and timely communication with management and servers. This non-exempt role requires safe food handling and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires food preparation skills and HACCP standards.
• Minimum of 1 year cooking experience, high-volume casual dining experience preferred.

• Must be able to read and follow instructions, communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare items across Fry, Griddle, Pantry and eggs.
• Manage production, estimate food requirements and requisition supplies.
• Sanitize workstations and equipment; uphold HACCP practices.
