Job summary

Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) in Windsor Locks seeks a Licensed Plumber (P1 or P2) for Bradley International Airport. This full-time role operates 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Mon–Fri, with an initial training period 6:30 am–3:00 pm for about three months.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in plumbing/steamfitting tasks.
• Two years of general experience must include skilled plumbing/steamfitting work.
• Graduation from a vocational or technical school may substitute for part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled plumbing and steamfitting tasks.
• Assemble, install and repair air, gas, water, steam and sewer disposal systems.
• Install and repair fixtures, water heaters, and related plumbing components.
• Inspect and repair fire sprinkler systems and related components.
• Maintain records of inspections and repairs on plumbing and sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate with other trades for maintenance of HVAC and fuel dispensing equipment.
