Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic for fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays (airport operation)
• Able to stand, lift, and move for up to 8–10 hours, and lift 30–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, glassware washing, and keeping dish area clean and safe.
• Assist with basic food prep, stocking, and FIFO deliveries following safety standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines; report equipment issues.
• Clear, reset, and assist with bussing and dining room maintenance between guests.
• Maintain clean floors, tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
• Collaborate with cooks, expo, and managers to ensure smooth service.
