Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash items in 3 compartment sinks when dishwasher is unavailable.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Ensure enough clean dishes, utensils, and equipment during peak hours.
• Check dishwashing machines’ operation and report issues to management.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
