Job summary

Paradies Lagardre in Palm Springs is seeking reliable kitchen staff to support dining operations across our airport concession concepts. This role focuses on dishwashing, cleanliness, and prep station setup to ensure smooth service.

You will load/unload dishwashers, sanitize areas, stock supplies, and maintain high health and safety standards for a fast-paced guest environment. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow are provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash items in 3-compartment sinks, when dishwasher is unavailable.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly, following Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents).
• Check dishwashing machines operation and report any issues to management.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
