• Capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for hourly positions.
• Familiarity with POS and back-office systems used for management.
• Decisive leadership when urgency requires.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH team in food service and guest experiences.
• Oversee kitchen operations, cost and labor control, and hygiene practices.
• Train and motivate supervisors and culinary staff to meet standards.
• Coordinate with management on menu costing and daily lineups.
• Ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with health standards.
