Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand is seeking an Expeditor at Salty's located at the SEA – Seattle Airport to ensure timely delivery of food items, maintain kitchen safety, and uphold hygiene standards. This on-site, full-time role supports guest service in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will coordinate food deliveries, monitor inventory, and follow management directions while working with a team to meet safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Read, speak and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly and keeping the wash area clean and organized.
• Deliver food to guests in a timely manner adhering to all company standards.
• Follows safe food handling and proper hygiene practices.
• Adheres to workplace safety standards for operating and maintaining equipment and reports any equipment malfunction to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Coordinates the delivery of all food items within appropriate time standards.
• Makes certain that every food item is accounted for.
• Follows management’s instructions and suggestions.
