Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a part-time Cook in Green Bay, WI to prepare and cook a variety of dishes and deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers in a fast-paced airport setting.

• Accountability for the dishes they prepare meeting management and customer expectations.
• Comprehension and organization to follow direct orders, recipes and restaurant standards.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for knife work and food prep.
• Ability to stand for hours, endure heat, and work shifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Provides quality food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures for ingredients and to prevent foodborne illness
