Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning Airport Concessionaire seeking energetic cooks for our dining concepts in Salt Lake City. In this role you’ll prepare items to order, follow recipes, maintain safety standards, and keep a clean, organized station while delivering fast, friendly service to travelers.

We provide opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles with competitive pay and benefits. Early morning and evening shifts are available to fit various schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced dining environment and handling hot items.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence. Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving food items.
• Follow production prep list and keep accurate records to accurately requisition supplies and equipment.
• Ability to use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that is free of safety hazards.
• Follow all brand standards including those related to food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
