Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Account Manager to oversee multiple janitorial accounts at Washington Dulles Airport. This role reports to the General Manager and leads a Duty Manager, Supervisors, and a 24/7 operation, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The position oversees scheduling, inventory, and financial performance, with a focus on compliance and timely invoicing, payroll, and subcontractor performance. Aviation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated people and employee-relations skills.
• Airport/TSA security clearance suitability.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Janitorial accounts at Washington Dulles Airport.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance and client ABM policies.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory management and financial performance.
• Provide leadership, direction and support for operations and shifts.
• Coordinate hiring and training with Recruiting and Training Managers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payroll processing.
• Report on facility and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and effective communications.
