Job summary

ABM is seeking an Account Manager to oversee multiple janitorial accounts at Washington Dulles Airport. The role reports to the General Manager and leads a Duty Manager, Supervisors, and a 24/7 operation.

You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while interfacing with clients daily, and you will manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance to meet contractual targets.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple Janitorial accounts at Washington Dulles Airport. The Account Manager reports directly to the General Manager and oversees a Duty Manager, Supervisors, and a 24/7 dynamic operation. This position will interface with clients daily while ensuring personnel under their supervision are providing safe, professional, and quality service. The Account Manager is responsible for compliance with all safety, quality, regulatory, client and ABM policies and procedures. This position also oversees employee scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.

Pay: $65000.00 per year. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
