ABM Industries seeks an Account Manager to oversee multiple janitorial accounts at Washington Dulles Airport. The role reports to the General Manager and leads a Duty Manager, Supervisors, and a 24/6 operation, interfacing daily with clients to ensure safe, professional, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory and financial performance, compliance with policies, and developing leadership within the team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of janitorial experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain Airport/TSA security clearance.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple janitorial accounts at Washington Dulles Airport.
• Interface with clients daily and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and expenses.
• Coordinate hiring and training with HR and Training teams.
• Prepare facility reports and KPI tracking.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communications.
