Job summary

Munich Airport NJ LLC in New Jersey seeks a Contract and Quality Control Manager to oversee janitorial contracts, ensuring quality and contractual compliance across airport operations. You will conduct field inspections, manage performance, and coordinate with airlines, the Port Authority, and TSA.

The role uses Maximo, Power BI, and FeedbackNow data to drive corrective actions, develop QA programs, and report to Facilities leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications in facilities management (IFMA FMP or CFM) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scopes of work, service standards, specifications, and performance requirements for custodial services.
• Monitor contractor compliance, perform field checks, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop and administer QA programs, inspections, and reporting tools to ensure contract requirements are met.
