Job summary

Munich Airport NJ LLC is seeking a Contract and Quality Control Manager to oversee janitorial service contracts at Newark Liberty International Airport. You will drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement using field inspections, Maximo, and Power BI to coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

The role requires leadership in quality assurance, contract administration, and performance management in a fast-paced airport environment, with close collaboration among airlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Certifications in facilities management or contract management desirable.
• Experience managing outsourced contracts and QA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scopes of work, service standards, and performance requirements for custodial service contracts.
• Evaluate, select, onboard, and manage custodial and facility service providers.
• Develop QA programs, inspections, and corrective action processes.
• Perform field checks and document deficiencies, coordinate actions with contractors.
• Monitor contractor compliance and escalate gaps as needed.
• Maintain QA plans, inspection forms, reporting tools, and procedures.
• Analyze complaints and trends to improve service delivery.
• Participate in procurement, negotiation, and contract renewal activities.
• Develop sanitary practices and serve as a technical resource for stakeholders.
• Coordinate service delivery with airlines, Port Authority, TSA, and tenants.
